Being a consultant can be hard!

(I get it…before Global Teams I was a consultant).

You get business (Yay) and then you focus all your energy on delivery leaving all marketing and other lead gen activities by the side.

You finally finish delivering the work and come up for air and reaslise that your lead funnel is a bit…wanting.

I get it. It’s called the consultants trap.

But there is a way out.

I hired my first ever Virtual Assistant, Noe when I was a Consultant.

She would work her magic generating leads on LinkedIn marketing and I would deliver the work for the client with my subcontractors.

Now we help other consultants to get out of the consultants trap and get their leads on tap.
