  • Taking incoming calls

  • Attending to Payroll queries and Coordinating with Payroll team
  • End of contract

About the role:

  • Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
  • Ability to generate invoices
  • Allocate payments
  • Process payroll
  • Manage A/R
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • A high level of attention to detail in managing data, particularly dates and numbers is critical, along with experience with MS Excel.
  • A good level of written English skills are also required for writing scripts to clients.

About the candidate:

  • Attention to detail (eg spelling, grammar and formatting)
  • Logical and analytical (so that they can build campaigns in the CRM and search for contacts)
  • Excellent conversational written English


** Preferred (experience in using many components of a CRM (eg building campaigns, searching) (preferably Hubspot))

Role tasks:

  • Prepare proposals (no content writing required)
  • Use Hubspot at a high level (and have the ability to learn independently how to do so)
  • Build reports and identify prospects from old clients
  • Follow up leads and book appointment.

    ** Desired (but not a deal breaker) able to receive the odd inbound call and call past prospects and check in with them.

Full Time Marketing officer with skills in:

  • Keeping track of blogs (proofing, scheduling and publishing)

We're looking for General Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST, and has HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS, HARD WORKING, HONEST, and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!
